The Techrepair Lifetime Warranty

Our Quality Assurance Team allows us to offer you a lifetime warranty on all LCD Screens & Digitizers available on our website. Unfortunately, even with such a strict testing, we understand that some defects will come along the way. Luckily, we developed a simple solution for you to solve this headache. 

Detailed Warranty Explanation

We stock multiple types of products that we sell on different sales platforms and this warranty applies to all of our products sold on any of our sales channels. All defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a replacement. The warranty does not cover physically damaged merchandise and must have our green logo sticker on it. 

Warranty Information

  • Lifetime warranty on LCD Screens and Digitizers only covers defects from the manufacturer. It does not include cracks, water damage or accidental damage.
  • Any damage inflicted by the end-user or the technician will not be covered.
  • All of the returned LCD Screens and Digitizers must be purchased from Techrepair.

Warranty Information

  • 1 Year warranty on our batteries due to the finite amount of cycles available on batteries.
  • Any damage inflicted by the end-user or the technician will not be covered.
  • All of the returned batteries must be purchased from Techrepair.

Our Policy

Unfortunately, Techrepair does not accept returns for products purchased elsewhere; these items will be denied and recycled after a few days unless asked otherwise.

Return Policy

Malfunctioning Parts

If product purchased from Techrepair does not function properly. Customers may initiate the RMA  process for an exchange or refund request. (physical damage or damage caused by incorrect installation and usage are excluded.) 

Special Returns

Defective Parts On Reception (Dead on Arrival)

Please refuse the package (from the courier) if it looks like it has been opened, tampered with or is visibly damaged. If you have accepted a package including physically damaged or non-functioning items, please initiate the RMA  process within 7 days of receipt on our website.

You will need to provide the following information :

  • Picture of the shipping box
  • Picture of the damaged goods

Note: Failure to provide information regarding the DOA (Dead on Arrival) item within 7 days upon receipt will cause the RMA to be denied.

Wrong Parts Ordered

Technically, we hold no responsibility in returning items that were incorrectly ordered, but, that being said, that does not mean we do not want to help our customers in the event this happens. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees, and 30% (for refund requests) or 20% (for exchange requests) restocking fees will be charged after we have received and tested the product. 
Note: Incorrect item orders that fail to open a RMA within 7 days upon receipt will be denied.

Wrong Parts Received

If you have received an incorrect item, please take clear photos of the incorrect item(s) with the SKU and initiate a RMA process on our website. We will verify the error and fix it as quickly as possible.

RMA Processing Time (within 7 business days)

Depending on customer's request (refund or exchange), the RMA handling process takes up to 7 business days after the defective items are received by Techrepair. If it has been over 7 business days, please send an email to mathieu@unlockr.ca, it will be handled immediately and a response will be provided within 24 hours.

NOTICE

Following terms applies to all refunds and exchange.

  • All item(s) being returned must be in original condition with packaging, unused and undamaged. Otherwise, the RMA will be denied.
  • All item(s) being returned without the "Techrepair" sticker will be denied.
